Bought a house this Fall and Stephanie helped us every step of the way! We looked around for a few months and she was always very patient and understanding. It was our first time buying a place so she made sure everything was explained clearly and we always felt supported and informed about our decisions. With Stephanie I have bought a house and sold 2 houses over the years. And we looked at a lot of places! Its understated to say that working with Stephanie is a pleasure. She is so personable and easy going and patient. We had lots of laughs through the various searches, buying and selling processes and that is saying something because real estate process is not my idea of fun. But in those processes we never felt pressured or that we were getting advice just to make a sale. She has a long game focus with her clients, and it makes for a way better experience. She actually wants you to be happy with your house, and it’s not a façade. When things change or things come up, she just like adapts to whatever is happening and whatever needs doing. She is super knowledgeable, very professional, and very responsive. We consistently got to listings faster, had things ready faster and were in position before other buyers. And this translates to advantage for you. And her people skills work paid off with other agents where I found she always has goodwill, solid influence on and good information from the other side of the sale or purchase. Working with her gives you access to a solid network of professionals that she works with. So your pictures, video and marketing are going to be great, the staging is going to add value.
